Hi, I’m Coach Tino.

I’m here to bring clarity and understanding to your journey toward health prevention and optimization, because I know how confusing and overwhelming it can be to navigate this alone.

I’m a parent, a wife, and a busy medical professional. I began my career as an EMT, then spent over 15 years working as a Physician Associate, including 7+ years of overnight shifts.

While trying to improve my own health—especially while working nights—I ran into the same frustrating pattern many of my clients now face: healthcare often focuses on symptoms, not solutions. I was overwhelmed by conflicting advice and exhausted by trial and error.

There had to be another way.

I dove into nutrition, fitness, and wellness strategies. Eventually, I became a certified Functional Nutrition and Metabolism Specialization Coach. That training finally gave me what I had been missing: a personalized, evidence-based plan rooted in root cause resolution, not quick fixes.

But I knew I wasn’t the only one looking for better answers.

That’s why I created Shift Focus Health Coaching:
A space where busy professionals can cut through the noise, gain clarity, and build lasting habits that support energy, strength, and a better quality of life.
